All vehicles are insured, all prices include VAT, there is no mileage charge but all we need is a Credit / Debit Card to secure your booking/vehicle, with the balance payable on the day you hire.

Van Hire Checklist
Before you hire our vans there are certain conditions the nominated driver will have to fulfill.
- Drivers age needs to be between 23-75 Years
- Holds a Full UK Driving Licence for a minimum of 2years. Photo Card type or the old paper type.
If the driver has more than 6 Penalty Points then please call us beforehand or if you have any endorsements other than 2 speeding “SP**” so we can discuss further with you.
PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY HIRING VEHICLES TO TRAVEL TO SCOTLAND
The driver will also need to bring
- TWO proofs of your home address dated within the last three months e.g. utility bills – bank statements – nhs appointment / gp letters etc A passport/ marriage certificate etc will NOT be acceptable
- “share my licence” code or National Insurance Number when collecting the vehicle – click here for information as to you need to bring this information
PLEASE NOTE: PAYMENT MUST BE BY DEBIT /CREDIT CARD ONLY – CASH PAYMENTS FOR HIRE CAN NOT BE TAKEN
NOTE:24hrs cancellation notice is required . We will charge one days vehicle hire if less than 24hrs or No Notice of cancellation is given
